This business is operated by Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC. Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 RETURNS & CANCELLATION

Client may cancel order prior to arrival of delivery location/date for a full refund up to 48 hours ahead of delivery, or within 48 hours of the delivery time for a 50% refund.

If order is returned on day of delivery, after we have arrived at delivery location, we refund 50% of rental total. If order is returned after the following day of delivery, no refund will be given. To cancel on delivery date, please call 954-399-2776.
Once you have made contact with Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received notice of your canceled rental item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

SECTION 2 – DELIVERY AND PICK UP

At the time of reservation, you will specify the name and location of the resort, hotel or vacation rental where the rental item(s) will be delivered and picked up. This can be done later if rental plans are not finalized. You agree that if no address is given within 24 hours of the agreed delivery date, you will pick up rental items from the store.

Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC agrees that all efforts are made to meet the preferred delivery and pick up time slots however this may not always be possible. Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC is not liable for any claims against items not been delivered or picked up at the preferred time slot.
During extreme weather events not limited to hurricane, tornado, high winds, torrential rain deliveries may be suspended until deemed safe by Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC.
You agree to return all rented equipment to the delivery location listed on their rental reservation unless being picked up from your house, condo, hotel, resort etc…. Equipment that is unable to be retrieved in a timely manner may result in a charge of additional rental day(s) and/or a $25.00 return trip fee.

SECTION 3 – OPERATION

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the proper operation of all equipment before using.
Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC requires you to operate the equipment with all reasonable care, attention and due diligence and at all times to fully comply with the terms of this agreement. You shall notify Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC immediately of any and all accidents, damage or injury resulting from the use or operation of the rented equipment.
Under NO circumstances shall the equipment be used, or operated by any person either: a) under the age of 18, unless expressly agreed by and in writing from Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC; b) in an unsafe manner, or in a manner that may cause injury or harm; c) whilst under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics.
You shall not remove, alter, disfigure or cover up any numbering, lettering, or insignia displayed upon the equipment, and shall see that the equipment is not subjected to careless, unusually or needlessly rough usage.
You will return the equipment in the same condition as when it was received at the end of the rental period.
You agree that any extra cleaning or damage to rented equipment will be charged up to the fair value of the damaged and/or dirty item, determined by Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC.

You agree to reverse park the slingshot due to its low front that can be damaged with parking curb stops. If any damage is done to the slingshot considering front end damage a deductible of $1000 will be taken and if cost of repair goes over renter will be obligated to pay the difference. If the damage is less than the $1000 taken as deductible a refund will be honored for the remaining balance.

You agree to not drive the slingshot rental over 90mph, there is a warning system that will notify owner if this is done. You will receive one warning via text or phone call as a courteous warning but if repeated during rental period a fine of $150 each time after first will be collected.

You agree that by renting the slingshot you will not race/ burnout/ or creating any dangerous maneuvers. If any signs of burnouts via thread analysis are noticed a complete replacement tire will be required to be purchase which can run anywhere from $400-600. This will be inspected day of delivery and day of pick up.

SECTION 4 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC, our owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC being neither the manufacturer, nor a supplier, nor a dealer in the equipment makes no warranties, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation the condition of the equipment, its merchantability, its design, its capacity, its performance, its material, its workmanship, its fitness for any particular purpose, or that it will meet the requirements of any laws, rules, specifications, or contracts which provide for specific apparatus or special methods. Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC holds no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, or injury to you, or third parties as a result of any defects, latent or otherwise, in the equipment. You rent the equipment ‘AS IS’. Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC shall not be liable in any event to you for any loss, delay, or damage of any kind or character resulting from defects in, or inefficiency of equipment rented.
You understand that there exist certain risks of injury from the use or misuse of such items, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability, or death.
You knowingly and freely assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for use of such items.

SECTION 5 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 7 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC, our owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 8 – SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 9 – TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services.

SECTION 10 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable state in which the rental is received.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 14 – Slingshot Rental and Jeep Rentals

We require all of our customers to meet the following general requirements:

You must have a current, valid U.S. or State or International driver’s license.
You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
You must be at least 21 years of age for slingshots and 25 years of age for Jeeps.
You must demonstrate adequate riding skills. A pre ride evaluation will be conducted to verify you are skilled in the operation of the autocycle/ Jeep.
You agree not to allow anyone other than yourself or other authorized renters under your rental agreement to operate your rental autocycle/ Jeep.
You agree not to perform stunts of any kind on your rental including but not limited to, drifting or burnouts.
We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and retake possession of the autocycle in response to a violation of any of the foregoing.
• Your slingshot goes out full of Premium gas, we ask that it comes back full of Premium Gas.
• You will need a credit card to pick your slingshot/Jeep up or pay a deposit.

We require all of our customers to meet the following insurance requirements:

Autocycle / Jeep insurance is required.
You are required to purchase state mandated minimum liability insurance from our insurance provider. The cost for this is $15.00 per day for slingshots, $50.00 for the Jeep for the first 24 hours and $25 for each additional day after. This insurance is mandatory and must be purchased by the customer prior to taking custody of the autocycle / Jeep.
Medical insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer.
If for any reason our slingshot or Jeep gets damaged you are responsible for the deductible. MBA Insurance deductible is $2,500.00 per vehicle.
All coverage and waivers are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for property, personal or otherwise, or damage as a result of negligence on the part of the renter or passenger for any illegal use of the autocycle / Jeep or its use under the influence of drugs or alcohol. if you are ill, or sick, or on any prescription or over the counter medication you cannot operate our autocycles / Jeeps.
Keep in mind you are responsible for the operation of your rental autocycle / Jeep.

Our Reservation and Cancellation Policies:

It is Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC intent to keep this simple. As our customer you have our pledge that we will meet or exceed your expectation every time you rent from us!

Reservations:

Reservations are dependent on availability.
Reservations are accepted via the web page reservation system and by telephone.
There are no refunds for undesirable weather but we will reschedule you and make certain your new reservation is first in queue.
Slingshots will be held for 1 hour beyond the scheduled reservation time. If you’re running late call us!
A security deposit of $500.00 may be required before or at time of rental for slingshots. The lessor will need to provide a valid credit card for the security deposit. We hold this deposit as an authorization hold on your credit card it is not a charge.
Our Slingshots can only be taken to the following Counties, Broward County, Dade County, Palm Beach County.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation, we ask it happens at least 1 days prior to the start date of the reservation. If you are unable to cancel with us prior to the1-day communication and cancellation period your rental purchase will be kept as CREDIT. Please plan your time accordingly.
We do not offer credits or refunds for early returns, or any unused portion of the rental period.

Privacy Policy: Leos Slingshot Rentals LLC does not sell, share, distribute, give away, or transmit customer information to third parties.

Our Accepted Methods of Payment and Payment Policies

We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover.
We offer a 5% Discount for using Cash

We are open 7 days a week from 10:00am – 4:00pm. (Off- Season Hours, Holidays and Rainy Days are Subject to Change for more information please call 251-510-7226.)
Reservations can be made anytime using our website.
Holidays – Holiday pickups and returns are available by appointment.

Our Autocycle / Jeep Operational Policies

Your rental will be provided with a full tank of PREMIUM fuel. Please use premium fuel during rental.
Please report any mechanical problems to us immediately.
Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage by not adhering to inspecting the Slingshot before you ride it. If it has a flat or leak do not ride it. Treat the Slingshot like you are riding your own.
Lost key is $150.00.
Late returns will be charge $60 an hour.
Rentals brought back unreasonably dirty with be charged a $35 cleaning fee.
Any front-end damage the customer will be charged a minimum of $200.
Excessive tire wear from misuse will result in you being charged for a replacement tire plus installation.
There will be a fee of $150 if Slingshot is driven over 90 mph more than once. First time will be a warning via text or email from myself.
Slingshot is water resistant but not water proof. Do not drive in the rain, if possible, look for cover as soon as possible. If parking overnight Slingshot is required to be under covered parking or must be covered with provided vehicle cover. If vehicle shows signs that it was left out a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. If any damage to vehicle customer will be responsible for all repair cost.
If you get a ticket or run a toll you are responsible for it. It will be billed to you.

Arrive at your hotel and we can be waiting for you with your slingshot rental, freshly washed and polished. Making a reservation is as easy as clicking our booking link or calling us directly for special week day rates to secure your favorite color.

Rental Requirements:

We require all of our customers to meet the following general requirements:

We are by reservation only: You must complete a reservation online or over the phone in order to secure your rental. Under no circumstances will we cancel another customers reservation in order to accommodate your reservation, regardless of the number of vehicles rented or duration of the rental.
We want you to enjoy the full experience of the Slingshot. Be safe, be caring, and have fun!
OUR #1 Rule: NO burnouts or donuts will be tolerated. We take note of the tire thread counts and will bill you for a new tire if there is any signs of such action.

Insurance:

Keep in mind you are responsible for the operation of your rental slingshot.

Rental Rate:

If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed upon time, the renter will be charged an additional $45.00 per hour for each hour that you return the vehicle late. Renter will be allowed a 30 minute grace period before the late fee is put into effect. License Requirements:

The classification of the Polaris Slingshot® is state-dependent*. The most common classifications are motorcycle, which requires a motorcycle endorsement or license, and autocycle which only requires a state drivers license**. In the state of Georgia you do not need a motorcycle endorsement to drive a Polaris Slingshot. A state drivers license is
