WHAT IF IT RAINS?

WE CAN RESCHEDULE IN THE EVENT OF RAIN (MUST NOTIFY US AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULE TIME).

TO RESCHEDULE, YOU WOULD NEED TO PROVIDE US ADVANCE NOTICE WITHIN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE AND A CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED TO BE USED AS A FUTURE DATE. CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN DURING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Although the slingshot is waterproof, we do not suggest driving in it!

We also provide a cover for the slingshot that is required if being parked outside. If the cover is not in use and rain damage has been noticed in the interior of slingshot a $500 fee will be charged for damages and interior repairs.

WHAT TYPE OF TRANSMISSION DO THEY HAVE?

OUR POLARIS SLINGSHOTS HAVE AUTODRIVE TRANSMISSIONS. IT'S AN AUTOMATIC!

Although 99% of the time we have the slingshot that is rented, every now and then we have to substitute due to events beyond our control, there is no discount if this happens.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS AND THE HIGH DEMAND FOR OUR VEHICLES, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

DO I NEED A HELMET?

FLORIDA STATE LAW DOES NOT REQUIRE A HELMET FOR THE POLARIS SLINGSHOT, BUT WE DO HAVE HELMETS AVAILABLE AND ALWAYS ADVISE WEARING PROPER EYE WEAR.

ARE THERE PENALTIES FOR LATE RETURN?

IF A RENTAL IS OVER 15 MINUTES LATE, YOU MAY BE CHARGED UP TO THE FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT.

OUR SCHEDULE IS BOOKED MOST OF THE TIME AND LATE RETURNS IMPACT OTHER CUSTOMER AND THEIR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

WHEN SHOULD I SHOW UP?

WE SUGGEST YOU SHOW UP 15 MINUTES EARLY TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK AND DO A WALK AROUND THE SLINGSHOT.
Rental time starts when booked, NOT when you drive off the lot.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING AND RESERVE TO SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU ARE OVER 15 MINUTES LATE OF YOUR BOOKED TIME. This can be avoided with proper communication. If you are unable to reschedule, no refund will be provided on the amount paid.

WHERE DO I GO WITH MY RENTAL?

**TRAVEL WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE within the TRI-County (Broward, West Palm, Dade Counties) - THERE ARE MANY SPECTACULAR VIEWS AND HISTORICAL SITES IN Florida.

**All rentals must stay within 100 miles from our location. You are responsible for the vehicle's return under any circumstance.

CAN MY CHILD RIDE WITH ME?

Minors must be at least 10 years of age and be able to reach the floor flat on the back of the seat and feet flat on the floor.
